Hello sweeties how are you?
Today I will do a review on a extremely hyped product; Make up for ever Ultra HD invisible cover foundation. This was the best product of 2015, so my expectations were high.
Developed specifically for the film and TV industry’s most advanced technology, Ultra HD Liquid Foundation creates a naturally flawless complexion—in and out of the spotlight. Invisible under the latest, super-focused 4k lens, this revolutionary foundation features uniquely-coated pigments that provide medium to buildable coverage with an even lighter weight, second-skin texture that looks just like skin. This formula leaves your complexion with the same flawless results that you’d achieve with a flat foundation brush in a tap and stretch motion. It contains hyaluronic spheres to ensure comfortable wear on all normal, dry and combination skin types, and it lasts all day, leaving a natural-looking finish. Now available in an expanded range of 40 shades to match all skintones, Ultra HD is the perfect everyday foundation for a flawless complexion—and it doesn’t require touch ups.
Nothing special, it actually looks kind of cheap becouse it’s made out of plastic, so it’s super light weight. It comes with a pump which is always a plus. And btw, I got in the colour Y235 – Ivory Beige, which has a neutral undertone.
It’s a really liquidy consistency and I was kind of dissapointed about the coverage. It’s light to medium coverage and it is buildable, but I have really problematic skin I have to use quite a lot of product to cover my whole face. After one layer the coverage is really light, so I have to add fondation on more problematic spots. But becouse it’s so liquidy, it’s really light weight and looks natural. You don’t really feel it on the skin and it blends into the skin nicely. This is kind of a purpuse of this foundation, creating unnoticable coverage, but it’s defenetly not flawless if you have problematic skin. The finnish is semi matt but it did get oily on my combination skin after a while, noting crazy tho.
It does not crease becouse of its light weight and lasts a normal amount of time on skin if you use a primer under it.
My final thoughts:
I don’t think this foundation is worth the hype. I heard that they change the formula and that maybe the last one was better. Still, I think this foundation would be great for people who don’t have mayor skin imperfections, but for me this isn’t enough coverage. It looks natural and is really light weight, but I don’t think is worth that much money.
Hope you liked this and if you have any opinion on it, feel free to leave it below. Sending you all my love,
