60s retro Makeup Halloween Look

Hello sweeties how are you?

Halloween is in like 4 days!! Crazy I know. I had so much fun creating this simple 60s retro inspired look so I hope you like it. It’s perfect if you still don’t have a costume or you just adore this look as much as I do. Let’s start…

  1. First apply a base. Pale skin was in, so I used a really light foundation (which is actually in my colour, I’m a ghost damn): Revlon Colorstay in 150 Buff.  I also contoured a bit with Benefit Hoola bronzer and added color to my face with essence silky blush in 90 summer dreaming. I don’t really think they used highlighter back then hm.

I went a little above my crease an winged it out to create this really dramatic cat eye. I also dragged the line towards my nose.

Then i took a grey eyeshadow and started blending on top and bottom slowly adding color making sure not to go bellow the line, where we will put the white. Then I went in with black just on the line blending it up creating a radiant effect and blend some more,

Next step was the white. I first applied white eye pencil and fill in every emptie space then went over with white shadow to lock and clend everything in.

I then applied a thin wing with my liquid liner and applied mascara (if you have lashes use them I was so mad I didn’t find them!!)A draw a line bellow and added some lines to simbolize bottom lashes.

For lips, I just sticked with a nude lipstick.

And this is the finish look. It would look even  better with a 60s hairstyle but I suck at doing my hair.
